Fashion Models and the Hottest Designer Trends

For the February 2010 issue of Dazed and Confused Japan, British male model Daniel Hicks of D1 Models, who was recently featured on the cover of Popeye magazine by Junji Hata, is featured in a dark editorial entitled “An Apple” shot by photographer Rosemary. Styled by Tsuyoshi Noguchi, Daniel is outfitted in seductive garments by the likes of Givenchy and Raf Simons looking very gothic and full of lace. My favorite look in this editorial is Daniel in a black suit with a burgundy bowtie and leather gloves with a fishnet-like material over his face.

In the February 2010 issue of Dazed and Confused magazine, newcomer male model Oliver Welton of FM Agency is featured in an editorial celebrating Dolce & Gabbana’s 20th anniversary entitled “Extreme Beauty in Dolce & Gabbana’s Birthday Extravaganza.” Shot by photographer Mel Bles and styled by Stevie Westgarth, Oliver is adorned with black and silver embellishments on his face in a predominantly black and white editorial.

18-year-old Australian model Myf Shepherd of Next Model Management, who recently appeared in Vogue, Purple, and Numéro magazines, is featured on the cover of the February 2010 issue Dazed & Confused Japan shot by photographer Yasunari Kikuma. Myf is showcased in a silver crisscrossed Prada dress with a red belt, a white Jil Sander suit, a stunning floor-length Marios Schwab evening gown, a white structured Jean Paul Gaultier blouse, a red hear eye patch and beret, and a black leather bustier with long black gloves.

18-year-old Russian model Ranya Mordanova of Supreme Management, who recently appeared in Vogue Italy and Vogue Paris, is featured in an editorial entitled “Fashion’s Raw Edges and Powdery Textures” in the February 2010 issue of Dazed and Confused. Styled by Katie Shillingford, Ranya is shown in a raw coat by Jil Sander, a short-sleeve, pale teal Burberry Prorsum top, a tan trench coat with pink chiffon by Jean Paul Gaultier, and a raw tan Calvin Klein blazer.
